Mark 15.15-25 Day 5 Jesus wore a scarlet robe in Pilate’s Hall that morning. Before the day would end, Jesus would wear our scarlet sins on the cross, 2 Cor. 5:21; Isa. 1:18! Jesus wore a crown of thorns that morning. Those thorns symbolized the curse of sin, Gen. 3:17-19. Before the day would end, Jesus would bear the full weight of the curse of sin. He would pay sin’s debt and guarantee that one day, the world would be delivered from that curse, Rom. 8:20-22. I hope you understand His sacrifice.
