Day 4 Acts 2:44 ”And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had.” It’s easy to think this scripture applies simply to money but the early believers shared everything they had, their money, their talents and their availability. They made time for each other. They depended upon each other. This is one thing that separates modernity from the early church. We think we are better alone. We don’t really need anyone else. We are then left to our own opinions and our own way of thinking. We are prone to surround ourselves with people who think just like us. This is not the method of Jesus…It is not His will for us. We need Interaction with others. Jesus’ love creates interaction. Otherwise we become very sealed off and prideful and ultimately very selfish. Interaction creates friendships. Christian friendships create mature Christians. #247daily
