Day 3 Jesus said, "For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it? . . . So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple" (Luke 14:28, 33). You must count the cost to follow Jesus. Yes, it costs to follow Jesus. But it will cost more not to follow Him. What does it cost you to follow Jesus? What have you forfeited, given up, walked away from? It seems the longer we follow Him the more aware we are of worldly weights. Jesus calls us to make disciples. What would it look like if every believer was a replication of your discipleship? Jesus called us to go and make disciples (see Matthew 28:19). But it takes one to make one. #247daily
